    The Rubberless Parade is being held in Abilene, Texas, proving that West Texans still love their horses. There is never a gathering without their "Mounties". More the 500 horseback riders are taking part in the parade. Pictured on his horse is cattleman Jim Elpen Mr. Elpen is wearing a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, trousers, and chaps. There is another man on horseback in the background.
