    "Flag Day has a special significance for Mrs. T. L. Hogle, 1608 Frederick Street, who has two sons with the rank of lieutenant commander, now serving their country. The sons' photographs are shown here. Lieutenant Commander J. N. Hogle, left an Annapolis graduate of '25 is a navigation officer aboard a cruiser "somewhere at sea." Lieutenant Commander R. D. Hogle, Annapolis '29, is in the aviation branch of the navy at Philadelphia." Mrs. Hogle is standing beside pictures of her two sons, looking at them solemnly. Each of the pictures has a small American Flag on a stick just behind it.
