Description
"Members of South Riverside Drive Baptist Church will celebrate the first anniversary of the starting of work on the newly competed $3,600 building with all-day homecoming services Sunday. A basket lunch will be spread at noon, and at 2 PM the Tarrant County Fundamentalist Baptist Fellowship will meet at the church for speaking, singing, and election of officers. Reverend A. J. Frank was called as pastor when the church was started in a rented building at 1400 East Cannon Avenue two and one-half years ago. Members and friends joined in the building the present structure at 909 South Riverside Drive." Here are a few of the leaders that will be holding services: C. G. Taylor (left); W. S. Moran, finance committee member; and Reverend A. J. Frank, pastor. The group is standing in a triangle and appears to be mid-conversation. Each is wearing a suit and tie.
