Charles Tandy (left) and Alfred R. Tandy, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Tandy. "Charles David Tandy and Alfred R. Tandy, sons of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Randy of 1716 Berkeley Place, are visiting Fort Worth on leave from the armed forces. Charles, an ensign in the Navy has been stationed in the Secretary of the Navy's office in Washington. Alfred Tandy arrived Saturday morning from Tulsa where he has been attending a primary training school of the Army Air Forces". Charles Tandy is on the left wearing his black Navy service jacket, a white undershirt and black tie, and his service hat. Alfred Tandy is on the right wearing his Army Air Force service jacket, and tan undershirt and tie, and his service hat. Both individuals are centered in the photo and smiling at the camera.
