Decatur Public Market. Mr. Burress, Market Advistory Committee, appears to the far left of the photograph. He is looking to the left of the camera, is wearing a white shirt with a full pocket on the left side of his chest, slacks with suspenders, and a short striped tie. Both of his arms are at his side. Mr. Stevenson, Advisory Committee Chairman, is on the center of the photograph. He is wearing a light colored striped button up, a dark tie, dark slacks, and a black belt. He appears to have a pen in his left shirt pocket, and his arms are at his sides. He is wearing glasses, and has a small smile on his face as he faces towards to the camera. Mr. Dodson, Mayor of Decatur, is on the far right of the photograph. He is wearing a white button up shirt, a short dark striped tie, black slacks, and a black belt. He is holding a dark suit jacket in his left hand, and appears to be holding something in his right hand in front of Mr. Stevenson's left hand. His right arm is down at his side and is left arm is holding his jacket against his chest. He is wearing glasses and is smirking at the camera. In the background two houses can be seen, along with a tree line, power lines, and a car to the far right of the photograph behind Mr. Dodson.
