Decatur Public Market. Left to right, L. L. Burress, Cliff D. Cates, D. C. Stevenson and C. P. Dodson. Mr. Burress, Market Advistory Committee, appears to the far left of the photograph. He is looking to the left of the camera, is wearing a white shirt with a full pocket on the left side of his chest, slacks with suspenders, and a short striped tie. His left arm is at his side, and his right arm isn't visible. Mr. Cates, Chamber of Commerce Secretary, is next to Mr. Burress. He is wearing a vertically striped shirt, a black tie, black slacks, and a black belt. His sleeves are rolled up to his elbows, he appears to have a pen in his left shirt pocket, and he is wearing round black glasses on. He is not smiling at the camera and has his arms at his sides. In his right hand he appears to be holding a hat. Mr. Stevenson, Advisory Committee Chairman, is on the center right side of the photograph to the left of Mr. Cates. He is wearing a light colored striped button up, a dark tie, dark slacks, and a black belt. He appears to have a pen in his left shirt pocket, and is holding something in his left hand. His arms are at his sides, he is wearing glasses, and has a small smile on his face as he faces towards to the camera. Mr. Dodson, Mayor of Decatur, is on the far right of the photograph. He is wearing a white button up shirt, a short dark striped tie, black slacks, and a black belt. He is holding a dark suit jacket in his left hand, and appears to be holding something in his right hand next to Mr. Stevenson's hand. His right arm is down at his side and is left arms is holding his jacket against his chest. He is wearing glasses and is smirking at the camera. In the background two houses can be seen, along with a tree line, power lines, and a car to the far right of the photograph behind Mr. Dodson.
