Description
Image shows seventeenth and eighteenth century English manor houses provided the inspiration for the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley A. Thompson. The architecture is late Elizabethan and the interior and furnishings are eighteenth century, with adaptations. Family portraits are used as integral parts of the interior decoration. Two chairs and a cabinet are shown. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday edition April 28, 1940.
