The 15th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. The show exhibits both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracts crowds from all over the Plains country. Miss Rhudean Talley is being crowned queen of the show. Miss Talley is on a stage, sitting on a chair. She is wearing a long gown, a crown shaped by flowers, and a floral sash.
