Description
Early development for the new Taylor County pool two and one-half miles west of Merkel has been assured through various operations. Show are left to right, R. C. Hazelwood, D. R. Hidges and O. N. Vaughn at work on the discovery. They are wearing overall work clothes, hats and gloves and are standing next to each other. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 15, 1942.
