Description

The Panther City Philatelic Society Stamp club officers are left to right, Clifton Rawe and W. Mortimer Smith. Mr. Rawe is the secretary. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Smith, club president, is dressed in a three piece suit. The men are inspecting the seals which will be used to advertise the forty-fourth annual convention of the Texas Philatelic Society. Many stamp collectors keep the seals as mementos of the various conventions attended. The seals are attractively printed in color.
