At the annual meeting of the Fort Worth Council, Boy Scouts of America, at Will Rogers Auditorium, awards for recognition of 20 years' service in Boy Scout work was given to H. H. Wilkinson, A. L. Shuman and O. K. Shannon. The men are standing in front of a curtain, all wearing suits. Wilkinson and Shuman are wearing eyeglasses.
