Attending the annual meeting of the Fort Worth Council, Boy Scouts of America, at Will Rogers Auditorium were, left to right, J. B. Witherspoon, A. L. Shuman, and Leon Rickert. Mr. Witherspoon and Mr. Rickert presented awards at the meeting. Mr. Shuman was presented with a 20-year recognition award. All the men are wearing suits and eyeglasses.
