The 1942 Golden Gloves State Tournament is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance and watching the brawls are J. D. Williams and his young son Jimmy Joe Williams. Mr. Williams is dressed in a hat and a suit. Jimmy Joe is wearing a hat, coat, trousers, and gloves. He is holding a bottle of soda and sitting on his father's lap.
