A. C. Farmer, superintendent Western Union Telegraph Company, Fort Worth, Texas is changing the clock to "war time", an hour ahead of standard time, changed at 2 AM. Mr. Farmer is shown standing in front of a telegraph switchboard with a multitude of plugs, buttons and small levers, pointing at one of the equipment. He is wearing a suit with a pair of eyeglasses.
