Description

The 90th Infantry Division has joined the training facility at Camp Barkeley in Abilene, Texas. The new 90th Division inherits the pride and tradition of a World War I outfit that fought with valor and was known as the "Alamo Division". Commanding officer Major General Henry Terrell Junior has a staff chock-full of Texas natives. Lieutenant Colonel Edwin McCoy is the division quartermaster. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas. Colonel McCoy is sitting at his desk, writing on a piece of paper. He is dressed in his military uniform.
