Lyle, Wichita Falls, Texas, blackout director, and Judge Frank P. Culver Junior, blackout chairman for Fort Worth and Tarround County These men are part of the official observation party of the blackout drill, Monday night (January 19) just before 9 pm. The men are wearing suits, jackets, and ties, hats and overcoats. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 20 1942.
