Speakers and town officials of River Oaks Village banquet attendees include (left to right) Corporation Court Judge William H. Gilmartin of Fort Worth, Texas, Mrs. George P. Gleeson, and D. D. Barron, youthful mayor. The banquet by the residents of River Oaks Village was held at Castleberry School. The trio are shown sitting at a dinner table together, engaged in conversation. Mrs. Gleeson and Mayor Barron are looking on at a small sheet of paper Judge Gilmartin is showing them. Both the men are wearing dark suits and Mrs. Gleeson is wearing a textured jacket with a necklace and a hat. On the table in front of them are glasses of water and plates of food.
