Pictured here is Amon Carter Riverside High School play casts. Performers of the play "Sixteen in August -- the Trouble with Gusty" are Left to right, seated, Marie McDougal, Margaret Bennett, Virginia Harris, Yvonne Reed, Martha Benson and Betty McDonald; standing, B. E. Dooling, Roy White, and Peggy Thornton. The cast members are all wearing casual clothes. Most of the seated members are sitting on couches, Yvonne Reed sitting in a wheelchair.. Behind the cast members are a bookshelf filled with books, paintings hanging on the walls and two doors. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 15 1942.
