Texas-Southwest Shoe Retailers Association Convention at the Hotel Texas. Miss Toni Paschal, one of the models at the shoe displays at Hotel Texas, reminded buyers that Summer probably will following Spring, as usual, this year. The play shoes she wears are of multicolored leather straps (right foot) and elasticized bands. The shoe model is shown sitting on the armrest of a chair, facing the camera and modeling shoes. Behind her is a display filled with shoes. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition January 12, 1942.
