The 1941-1942 American Hockey Association (A. H. A.) season is in full swing at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. The Fort Worth Rangers are hosting the visiting Kansas City Americans (white jerseys). During the game, Ranger center Connie King wound up skates-over-head and with no goal. He is shown laying on his back with his feet in the air. Joe Matte, the American in the foreground, was penalized for tripping. The Kansas City goalie is Omar Kelly.
