Description
Grady Gray applying for Tarrant County's January ration of new automobile tires. Mrs. Frank O. Sims is sitting at a desk with a typewriter, assisting with the application, while Mr. Gray stands behind her. A number of papers and a lamp are also on the table while a filing cabinet is against the wall behind Mr. Grady. Mr. Grady is wearing a suit and tie while Mrs. Sims is wearing dark colored dress and hat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 6 1942.
