Description
Jimmy Leroy Pennick, 20, of Denver City, right, smiles at C. M. Furneaux, assistant cashier of the Sudan National Bank, which Pennick admitted robbing Monday of $5,489. Furneaux identified Pennick as one of two men who held him up at gun point. Mr. Furneaux is sitting on a desk and looking down at Mr. Pennick, who is sitting in an office chair. Both men are crossing their legs, although Mr. Pennick has a slightly wider stance. Mr. Pennick is resting his elbows on the arms of the chair, with his hands grazing his lap. Mr. Furneaux is holding an edge of the desk with one hand and rest his other hand on the desk. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 7, 1942.
