    Description

Jimmy Leroy Pennick, 20, of Denver City. Pennick was identified by C. M. Furneaux (not pictured), assistant cashier at Sudan National Bank, as one of two men who held him up at gun point. Jimmy Pennick then admitted robbing the bank of $5,489. Pennick is wearing a western-style hat, a leather jacket, an unbuttoned and slightly untucked dark-colored button-up shirt, and a light-colored t-shirt underneath. He is looking straight ahead into the distance with an expressionless face. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 7, 1942.
