Description
The High School Football State Championship game is being held at Farrington Field in Fort Worth, Texas. A crowd of 18,000 are on hand to witness the battle between the Wichita Falls Coyotes and the Temple Wildcats. The Wildcats' Jack Allen is shown smashing through the center of the line in the first quarter of the game. With the football cradled in his right arm, Allen gained eight yards. He was met by a wall, Gene Hill (2) the Coyote defender. Also in pursuit for the Coyotes are Charlie Hair (7) and Stewart (11). Wichita Falls went on to win the game 13-0.
