Description

Three hundred and seventeen soldiers ranked with the general at Camp Bowie Saturday as the all-Texas 36th Division marched in review as climax to its three days of training tests. The review was in honor of the winning soldiers in 55 contests which tried the military skills acquired by the division in its year of training. Only the enlisted men, the best from each regiment, competed in the various events. Here, eyes right in salute is a column of the 141st Infantry. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 21, 1941.
