    Description

    Mrs. Louis Rossell, right, receiving a miniature American flag and a booklet from Miss Marjorie Moore. Mrs. Rossell regained the United States citizenship she lost years ago when she married a non-citizen. Miss Moore is junior president of the Children of the American Revolution. Mrs. Rossell is wearing a feathered hat, eyeglasses, dress and a coat with fur lining along the top of the shoulders. She has a handbag tucked under her left arm. On the bag are the initials D and R. Miss Moore is also wearing a coat.
