Description
Beta Alpha Rho, Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) business girls club is celebrating annual bosses' banquet. Attendees Postmaster Henry Young (seated), Miss Terris Bender (left), receptionist in a local photograph studio; and Miss Vivian Huddle, Civil Aeronautics Administration employee, are pictured here. Mr. Young gets a cigar and a light from Miss Bender and Miss Huddle grins at his crooked mustache. Mr. Young is dressed in a dark suit and wearing a fake mustache while Misses Bender and Huddle are wearing matching ruffle dresses and holding small boxes that are slung around their necks. Other seated attendees are in the banquet room. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 28, 1941.
