Description
Beta Alpha Rho, Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) business girls club is celebrating annual bosses' banquet. Four girls are singing to entertain their guests. They are, left to right, Ruth Register, Verita Leshe, Ida Blanke and Dorothy Brown. They are shown singing in unison as a woman plays piano in the background. Each of them are wearing matching blouses with dark, long skirts. Miss Leshe is also wearing a pair of dark, circular eyeglasses. The women have their hands clasped and raised up towards their chins as they sing. Behind them are archways. They are singing "Heaven Will Protect the Working Girl." Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 28, 1941.
