Description
Beta Alpha Rho, Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) business girls club is celebrating annual bosses' banquet. Walter Sanders (seated), Life Magazine photographer, and Earl Justin (right) are pictured here. Mr. Sanders is putting on his first pair of cowboy boots at the party with the assistance of Mr. Justin. The boots were a gift of a local boot factory. Mr. Sanders is shown seated on a chair as he slides on the cowboy boots. Mr. Justin is kneeling next to him, holding the other boot and smiling. Both are dressed in suits, and ties and eyeglasses. Mr. Sanders has a camera slung around his neck while Mr. Justin has a cigar in his mouth. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 28, 1941.
