Description
Ed Lowe is the head coach of the Handley High School football team, a mentor to students, an instructor in mathematics, and the business manager of athletics. He is shown standing at a chalkboard wearing his "Coach Hat". He is drawing various plays on the board, and putting emphasis on a boy's assignment. Opponents often find Handley using unorthodox defenses, something Coach Lowe takes pride in. He is dressed in a three-piece suit and holding a playbook. There are papers in his suit hip pocket and pens in his suit breast pocket. He is wearing a patterned tie and a light-colored shirt with a shirt stud holding his tie in place. He is wearing wire-rimmed glasses and has strips of some kind of tape wrapped around his left hand index finger and holds a piece of chalk in his right hand. "(Star-Telegram Photos by Tom Dillard.)"
