Description
C. E. Curlee is retiring from the Railway Mail Service at 62 years old after 32 years with the company. He worked with the Fort Worth-Denver line during his stint with the company and estimates that he traveled 1,313,000 miles in the line of duty. As is customary in the industry, Mr. Curlee will host a retirement dinner with his wife at their home. He is already enjoying his retirement, which will be spent fishing and seeing the country with his wife. Mr. Curlee is shown sitting on the couch, smoking a pipe. He is dressed in a suit and is preparing his fishing rod.
