Potter is sitting at the right. Two unidentified men are sitting at the far left. Miss Williams is a telephone operator. She is wearing a short-sleeve dress. Mr. Gabel is a messenger. He is dressed in a peaked cap, collared shirt, sweater, and trousers. Mr. Potter is the National Labor Relations Board field examiner. He is wearing a double breasted suit and an "Authorized Observer" button.
