Description
The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) held a "My Home Town" essay contest at their recent convention in Midland, Texas. Pictured left to right are Weldon Huntsman and Mayor I. N. McCrary. Mr. Huntsman is a 15-year-old junior at Winters High School, and the winner of the essay contest. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mayor McCrary is welcoming the guest of honor to Fort Worth, Texas, where they will attend the Kiwanis Club luncheon. Mayor McCrary is wearing button-up shirt, necktie, coat, trousers and is smoking a cigar.
