Description

The Texas Christian University football team is hosting the visiting Southern Methodist University at Amon G. Carter Stadium. The Frogs' Frank Medanich (white jersey) is breaking tackles at the thirty-seven yard line. He managed to escape the Mustangs and run sixty-five yards for the touchdown. However, after a brief conference from the referees, they ruled that Medanich stepped out of bounds at the Mustang twenty-seven. He is pictured running along the boundary. The Frogs went on to win the close contest 15-13. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 2, 1941.
