Description
Amateur boxers from all around the area are preparing for the 1942 Golden Gloves District Tournament in Fort Worth, Texas. In the gym, left to right, are Oliver Ball, Nick Anagnostic, and Woody Taylor. Mr. Anagnostic is a light heavyweight Golden Gloves boxer. He is having his hands taped, in preparation for some heavy drilling. Mr. Ball is one of the instructors. He is dressed a button-down shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Taylor, another instructor, is wearing a striped dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
