William E. Scott, chairman of posters committee for 1941 Tuberculosis Christmas seal sale, center, and some of the seal scouts who helped him. They are, left to right, Billy Blair, Bill Connell and V. C. Branch. The boys are wearing Sea Scouts uniforms. Mr. Scott is wearing a double breasted suit, tie and pocket square. He is showing poster samples to the Scouts. This photograph was published in the November 24, 1941 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
