Description
A new face is joining the ranks of Camp Wolters. Brigadier General Emil F. Reinhardt is taking over as the commander of Camp Wolters for Major General William Hood Simpson, who was promoted to Camp Robinson, Arkansas. General Reinhardt is settling in at his desk, diving into the week's office work. He plans to spend as much time as possible in the training area. He is dressed in his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 11, 1941.
