Description
A new face is joining the ranks of Camp Wolters. Brigadier General Emil F. Reinhardt (left) is receiving a tour from Colonel Henry C. McLean. General Reinhardt is taking over as the commander of Camp Wolters for Major General William Hood Simpson, who was promoted to Camp Robinson, Arkansas. General Reinhardt is dressed in his military uniform. Colonel McLean was the interim camp commander. He is dressed in his military uniform and holding a cane. There is a car parked behind the men, open to the backseat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 11, 1941.
