Description

Soldiers of the 142nd Infantry, 36th Division pitched a camp for 3,000 men just west of Fort Worth Sunday afternoon for an Armistice Day Celebration. Just after reveille, the troops rolled out of bed quickly for breakfast. Private John D. Eddy, Company D, of Stephenville Texas, is seen peering into the cold dawn from his pup tent.
