Description
A new Army Air Corps facility, Sloan Field, is rapidly taking shape near Midland, Texas. The new training facility will provide twin engine advanced training and a bombardier school. The barracks and service building are ready for occupancy while hangar row is shown still under construction. Lieutenant Colonel Isaiah Davies is the commander of the school and Major H. R. Baxter is the executive officer.
