Description
The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is preparing to hold their fall convention in Midland, Texas. R. D. "Bob" Scruggs is chairman of the transportation committee. He is pasting a sticker on one of the automobiles that will be used to transport visitors about town. The sticker reads "Courtesy Car-hop In." Mr. Scruggs is dressed in a hat and a suit.
