The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. The host registration committee is preparing for the convention. Pictured left to right are George Glass, T. Paul Barron, and John B. Mills. Mr. Glass, a Midland rancher, is purchasing a convention ticket. He is dressed in shirt, necktie, trousers, and a coat. Mr. Barron, chairman, is sitting behind a typewriter and selling the ticket. He is wearing a pinstripe dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Mills is assisting. He is dressed in a striped suit.
