He suffers from osteomyelitis, a bone disease. He is dressed in a short-sleeve shirt. Beatrice Jean is wearing a dress. Bobby is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, and trousers. Billy is wearing a short-sleeve shirt and trousers.
