Eugenio Newman is a voluntary refugee from Nazi-controlled Austria. He is now living in Fort Worth, Texas, after spending three years in Columbia. Prior to Hitler's take-over, Mr. Newman was a city engineer in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Newman is shown sitting at his desk, marking on a map of Columbia. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
