Description
One of the busiest oil spots in the state is the Slaughter Pool. The drilling action is centered around Sundown, Texas, a small town in southwestern Hockley County. Jack Hendrick is employed by the Pierce Contraction Company. He is shown operating a ditch digger for the new line. Mr. Hendrick is dressed in a cowboy hat, long-sleeve shirt, trousers, gloves, and boots.
