Description
The United States Army is constructing a Quartermaster Depot just south of the Fort Worth, Texas city limits. The project will cost a total of two-million-dollars. A foundation boring machine is beginning to to dig on the site. Walter Koepp is operating the machine. Fireman Sam Wray is standing on the back of the machine. In the hole, guiding the fifty-four foot long drill shaft is H. J. Mink. The men are wearing hats and work clothes.
