The United States Army is constructing a Quartermaster Depot just south of the Fort Worth, Texas, city limits. The project will cost a total of two-million-dollars. Discussing the project, left to right, are Harry B. Friedman and Grayson Gill. Mr. Friedman is the contractor. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Gill, of Dallas, Texas, is with the architectural firm Gill and Bennett. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, vest, and trousers.
