Letter from Theodore Debs to "Frank". In the letter he apologizes for his delayed response due to his declining health and mentions how smaller radio stations like W. E. V. D. must fight constantly to retain their license. He discusses what Frank and him could do about correspondence they have with Eugene Victor Debs. He mentions that he has a few schools in mind to which he could give the material too including the University of Texas.
