Description

Chena Gilstrap, head coach of the Arlington State College (ASC) Rebel football team, speaking to an audience during a parade held on December 23, 1957 in celebration of the team winning the Junior Rose Bowl for the second year in a row. There are two trophy bowls placed on a table to the speaker's left, one of which reads "11th Annual Junior Rose Bowl, December 8, 1956" and the other reads "12th Annual Junior Rose Bowl, December 14, 1957." ASC President E. H. Hereford is seen in the background with crossed arms.
