Puppet theater at the Work Projects Administration (W. P. A.) exhibition "American Hands in Action," held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum, Fort Worth, Texas from April 25-May 14, 1939. In the background is a circus wagon holding a display of puppets seated in a living room. In front of the wagon is a marionette operating a puppet dressed as Santa Claus. A young girl wearing a dress is shaking the puppet's hand.
